I will Forever be Grateful for Matthew Dudley! After a year-long emotionally/financially draining custody battle for my son, I knew I needed a more fine-tuned lawyer. Matthew Dudley was the second lawyer for my custody case and boy, I wish I would have used him first! Not only are his rates more then affordable but the way he handled my case showed his years of experience. This was a very difficult situation for my family and Dudley handled everything with such ea...se and care. There were times I would get ahead of myself, stress myself out on situations and question everything I was doing and as soon as I would check in with Dudley, he would instantly calm my nerves and make sure I knew I was doing my best for what was given. I contacted Mr. Dudley in December of 2019 when I was still pregnant and he gave me legal advice, in which I did not listen to. I tried to be civil with my ex and do a parenting plan on our own to avoid trial. (I regret this now) I got served a proposed parenting plan from my ex and he was trying to ...take 100% custody of our daughter that he had not seen for months. I contacted Mr. Dudley and hired him. He even works on the weekends and I’ve spoke with him as late as 8 PM weekdays.

I would only recommend Matthew Dudley if you want to win in Family Court. In May of 2020, I found myself in the unenviable position of needing to file for non-parental custody of my 7 year old grandson after circumstances necessitated that he come live with me. True to the reviews I read, Mr. Dudley did not just tell me what I wanted to hear about our case. He was forward and to the point about case details, and never wasted my time. He kept me in the loop as to what he was doing with the case. He saved me from having to re-file by accelerating the trial date, as new rules that I was not aware of took effect in 2021.
