Matthew J Dudley

I had the great fortune to be referred to Mr. Dudley after my prior attorney had to withdraw from my case due to conflict of interest. I was very skeptical at first, he is not the kind of lawyer that will hold your hand or sugar coat anything. But he made sure I knew exactly what to expect and was be...yond accommodating He has the kind of hours that allow for a working, single Mom to find time to get in to see him without making me take time off of work. He would go above and beyond for me all the time and take that extra mile to make sure it got done right away. He was very efficient and so incredibly knowledgeable. I was very lucky to have him as my lawyer in more than one case. I would highly recommend this man to anyone who truly needs help and can't always afford the expensive downtown lawyers.

I came to Mr. Matthew Dudley after hiring another attorney (I should've just hired him the first place a bunch of friends have used him). I brought this case (parenting plan) to Mr. Dudley mid way threw. When I called him I was extremely annoyed and felt defeated (with the lack of caring from the oth...er attorney). When I talked to Mr. Dudley I felt very confident. Two weeks after Hiring him my children and I had our freedom back. He doesn't tell you what you want to hear. He tells you the facts. He doesn't promise you anything (like the other attorney did) He worked with my busy schedule. Mr. Dudley is beyond knowledgeable. Mr. Dudley is amazing at what he does. I strongly recommend Mr. Dudley. No words can describe how thankful I'm for Mr. Matthew Dudley and what he was able to do for my case.

Matthew did a great job dealing with a bunch of moving parts and a very uncooperative opposition. He is efficient, very knowledgeable, and can effectively move a case through the courts with as little pain as possible. He took care of most of my court dealings, so I didn't even need to be there unt...il trial. He isn't a dramatic person, which saves the client and himself time. He's very straight forward. If you need a lawyer, he's fantastic. If you need a lawyer/life counselor, I would still hire him, but use a separate counselor/friend/beautician/bartender to vent to. I had numerous people recommend him, and they were right! I will continue to use him.

Matthew was very direct and got straight to the facts. We were referred to him by a co-worker AND a friend working at another family law office. He was completely honest and shared all communication with me between him and the other attorney. His fee's were reasonable and fair. Matthew is AMAZING! I was referred to him by a co-worker, who's friend was using him. When I arrived at Matthew's office, I was broken, scared and physically sick. My ex was a bully. I didn't know how to break the cycle. Matthew's first words to me where "come in, she who doubts herself". He was dire...ct and honest. There was no sugar coating anything. He told me if I was out of line in things regarding my ex but backed me up when it was the right thing to do. Matthew does not tolerate bullies! He will do what is necessary for you and your child. He will fight for you and present your case TRUTHFULLY in court. Matthew is affordable. He will not charge you ridiculous fees. Full disclosure, if you imagine an attorney's office with fancy desks, a receptionist and water cooler....this is not the office. Matthew works in organized chaos and he remembers EVERYTHING. It's important to note that Matthew is one of the busiest divorce lawyers in town. He spends a good part of the week in court, so it can be difficult to reach him, but he will get back to you! I have grown quite fond of Matthew over the last 15 months. I wouldn't change a thing about having Matthew represent me. Now that my divorce is final, I am going to truly miss Mr. Dudley, aka Mr. Grinch.
