Best person to represent you ever!!! I was so pleased with his work and as money got tight he gave me other attorneys through the firm and they were absolutely amazing they were on top of everything and very caring about how you felt explained things you didn’t understand always did what was in the b...est interest I’ve used mark and his attorneys for the last year and half and I wouldn’t of wanted a different attorney to represent me, they got the job done and respond quickly, they got what I wanted done they respected my wishes and were always so kind when I called or showed up he is very informative definitely would recommend to anyone who needs a great lawyer!!! 10/10

I previously sought advice and representation as a past client for a divorce. I called in June and again this past December 2024 to seek retainment again, but both times I was promised a return call that never came. This has been disappointing, especially since I've referred Mark several times. Unfor...tunately, I will not be making any further recommendations.

Mark was informative and helpful throughout the process. He always returned my calls and emails promptly. He made sure things were done correctly and efficiently and did not waste my time or overcharge me. He knows how to get to the heart of the matter. I also felt he treated my ex with respect. ... I missed a court date that his office never notified me about. He was unprepared for hearings and said he had other cases going. That cost me $1,500 In her attorney fees. He never sent the $23,000 check back. That cost me another $1,500 in attorney fees. I had to search the court docket and notify h...im of this court date. He apologized for not sending the check back and said he’d make it right. When I told him he could cover the fees and not charge me his, he filed to remove himself as counsel. Gave the wrong email address so I was not notified. I had to see it searching to see if I had anymore court dates.

I chose MDH to represent my case without knowing or understanding much of how family law works. After a long year and a half of several court hearings that led to trial, and learning along the way the complex process of litigation, I realize that I got very lucky when I picked MDH, and I am incredib...ly grateful that Mark was the one guiding me step by step through a tremendously stressful time. Mark is highly intuitive, professional, pays close attention to details, very responsive to calls and emails, and was extremely invested in everything he did for my case. He is honest and caring, with a high level of integrity, and was committed to doing all the things necessary within his reach to protect both me and my kids, from a very unhealthy situation. Post trial, my case continues to go back to court for additional hearings, and sadly looks like there is still a long road ahead. I could not be more grateful that Mark is the one helping me navigate this path. There is nothing more important than protecting your kids. Mark was able to give me a layer of peace of mind, that together with him, I would be able to do that to the best of my ability. This is priceless.
