Alison was the 4th lawyer I'd been passed off to at the firm Crouse Erickson. She refused to meet with me to discus strategy, and consistently failed to be organized. She argued with me about payment and charged me for it. She failed to send critical communication until I asked about it twice, and lo...st other communication for over a month. She indicated to me that she was attempting to negotiate and then I found out she had done absolutely nothing to negotiate. Her paralegal is extremely rude. When I told Alison I was unhappy with her firm, she became personally offended and dropped me. Now she has told me that my retainer should have been returned last month. It hasn't been returned and she is claiming that it isn't her job to return my retainer.
