I missed a court date that his office never notified me about. He was unprepared for hearings and said he had other cases going. That cost me $1,500 In her attorney fees. He never sent the $23,000 check back. That cost me another $1,500 in attorney fees. I had to search the court docket and notify h...im of this court date. He apologized for not sending the check back and said he’d make it right. When I told him he could cover the fees and not charge me his, he filed to remove himself as counsel. Gave the wrong email address so I was not notified. I had to see it searching to see if I had anymore court dates.

A few weeks ago, I had a child support case not go in my favor. I met with Mark for a free consultation. I asked him for a honest, "cost-benefit" analysis to help me decide if I should hire him. He did. I didn't hire him (cost concerns) but he gave me step-by-step instructions of how to proceed. I ap...preciated his candor and the good advice he gave me.

Mark Hodgson is incredible. I came to him at a huge deficit, already losing badly, he assessed, did damage control, got me back to zero and then put me in a winning position. I literally got everything I wanted, low and short spousal support, amazing custody especially for a state that heavily favors... the moms. Mark doesn’t play games, over charge or b.s. he is attentive, skilled in and out of the courtroom, not intimidated by other lawyers, he did things that I did not even think would be possible. By the end, opposing party was defeated and they knew it. Things wrapped up sooner than expected. His staff, co workers, and office crew is all top notch. In my reviews I always try to highlight the good and the bad, however there was no bad to be found with Mark.
