Zero stars isn't an option. Absolutely the worst experience with an attorney I have ever had. I had one meeting with her that's it during which I prepaid about 70% of her fee. She told me very clearly she wouldn't begin work till paid in full. Well after a month or so I got an invoice billing me for ...the meeting at almost 500$ I thought oww but ok what ever well struggling as a single parent of 4 trying to work full time and keep up on bills I just wasn't quite able to come up with the remaining 1600$ or so of her fee.. well thankfully things worked them selves out and I contacted the office via client portal which is what I was told to use for communication and how I was sent the first invoice. This is were i started getting concerned around 14 days after I requested a return of unused funds I finally get a response telling me I have to wait 30 days. Ok fine no big deal so I wait and the 30 day mark comes around and nothing. No response to communication no anything finally around the 40 day mark I said I would be contacting the bar association and then I got a response a few days later I was told an invoice and refund check was in the mail... I got that today.. almost $2000 is what this woman billed me for some of the dates on the invoice are dates that should of been on the original invoice and since she said she wouldn't start work till paid in full... Not that I think any of this work was actually done but even if it was it shouldn't of been, and it should of been on the invoice originally not back dated and added in a last minute "audit". Anyway long story short a 30 minute meeting cost me and my kids almost $2000 I will be filing a grievance with the bar. Absolutely steer clear of this attorney!

I was served with an outlandish protection order making very wild claims months after my ex-wife and I had divorced. The news was shocking to me and I only had 10 days to find an attorney to represent me. The original temporary order held little information. She had a heart to make the case less difficult on the children and me. My ex-wife did not agree to any of the terms. And still wanted her day in court. Gina danced circles around the plaintiff, expertly wielding the information and the understanding of a reasonable person's standards. The case was ultimately thrown out. Gina even followed up with me personally to ensure that I was ok. I recommend Gina, especially to anyone who really is in a place where they know they are being wronged, and are willing to let their attorney be the expert on what is reasonable.
