Christine Lynn Gallagher

Christine has been amazing from the start! I hired Christine to represent me through a difficult divorce and she is now still representing me through an even more difficult custody case. She and Rachel (her paralegal) have always been kind, compassionate, understanding and have taken the time to expl...ain everything to me every step of the way. Ms. Gallagher (Christine) was the 2nd attorney I hired to handle an increasingly difficult divorce case. Unusually, because my home is now in North Carolina as opposed to Spokane, WA, Christine took my case after a telephone call, with no face-to-face meeting. Christine is trustworthy and a fighter; she is serious, but comes across with a likable, sometimes raw, ease. She is both well informed and well prepared. She is unafraid to challenge her counterparts-- steadfast with her facts. She knows when to "drive the bus," and when to "let you drive;" an unusual but strong characteristic for a legal counsellor. I was able to conclude my divorce in mediation-- what I believed was a very successful outcome. She was calm, collected, respectful but forthright with the mediator and our negotiating position. In sum, I left mediation with a far better deal than any other formal or informal negotiated settlement attempted over NEARLY TWO YEARS. In closing, Christine threw me the life preserver when my prior attorney was not performing. Christine believed in me, and I truly believe in her, and I can unequivocally recommend her as your first and LAST attorney for your divorce case.

I went to see Christine for a child support/custody issue after trying to do the process myself. Christine took all the ends and incompletes and did her magic. Everything was done in a timely manner and she presented me with some options I hadn’t thought to include. She kept me up to date on my ca...se status and provided me itemized updates on billing charges. Her staff was extremely professional as well.
