Christine Gallagher was exceptional and I highly recommend her for handling your family law cases. Our family had a very complicated case that unfortunately the previous attorney (Kara Hill)had made worse with their incompetence. The professionalism of Christine is second to none, even her office ...help Rachel and Joanne maintain her high standards. Christine was exceptional in communicating with us every step of the way. When we had questions about certain aspects of the case instead of taking offense to asking a question, she listened and then would patiently explain everything in detail to us. Both my wife and I had been through nasty divorces and child custody battles and so much had changed since we ourselves had been in the courtroom. Thankfully Christine was more than understanding with our questions and expertly and professionaly would explain them and put any fears we had at ease. Christine is definitely a no nonsense attorney with the confidence backed by knowledge as if she's been an attorney for 100 years. Christine embraced our daughters trama and fears through this whole experience and comforted all of us even when we thought things were never gonna come to fruition through all the hard work our daughter had done. Unprofessional. No backbone when dealing with other attorneys. Appears to do what's best for her instead of what's best for her clients. Christine Gallagher came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and at first I thought she was fantastic. I hired her to protect me from my abusive husband and ...to file for divorce from him. Initially she seemed tough and fair. I was in an incredibly delicate state and I foolishly trusted her to help me Christine discouraged me from submitting my evidence to the police. She allowed a hack local lawyer to intimidate her into trying to silence me. The other lawyer is a friend of my ex who was giving him advice and sending Christine emails even though she wasn't representing him (the other lawyer does not practice family law). Due to my ex's abuse and Christine's negligence, I spiraled into a psychotic breakdown. While I was in the midst of crisis, Christine tried to intimidate me into signing a quit claim deed for my ex (despite the fact that he hadn't yet cooperated in any way in the divorce). My signature at the time wouldn't have been legal. I was not in my right mind. When I was incapable of signing the document, Christine removed herself from my case - claiming she feared for herself and for my safety. Despite my psychosis, it was crystal clear that Christine had zero concern for my safety and only cared about her own. I have no idea what she was so afraid of. After Christine left my case, I got the psychiatric help I desperately needed, filed the police report and finalized the divorce on my own. It's been almost a year since my psychotic break and I'm finally healed enough to look at Christine's reviews and write my own. When I saw another review (on Google) about how Christine got a client to sign documents while under sedation, I knew I had to speak up. This appears to be a pattern for her. Doesn't every lawyer know that clients can't sign legal documents while under the influence/sedation or in while in psychosis? Choosing Christine as my divorce lawyer is one of the biggest regrets of my life. Beware.

I would describe Christine as ethical, fair, honest, caring and strong. Which these days is difficult to find in an attorney. I cannot tell you how lucky I am that I found Christine! She was a bulldog in my defense while also holding my hand through the tough parts. Not only did I use her for my... divorce but also my child support hearings, and plan to use her until my kids are out of the house. She does her due diligence and works harder than most to help you through the process. I could not recommend someone without having faith that they did their best and with her she went over and above to help. Thank you Christine, you are amazing!

Christine did an absolutely amazing job with my case. My ex, who is an extreme narcissist, had fabricated an elaborate story that I was using drugs and neglecting my daughter, and that I was "crazy" because I have PTSD (mostly from him), in an attempt to take custody and prevent me from moving, even ...though he had not even bothered to meet our daughter until after she turned one, and never paid a penny to support her until she was 4. He got his whole family and several other people to come as witnesses and lie for him. Like most narcissists, he and his family are very charismatic and charming, but Christine caught them in their lies, showing the court without a doubt that they were biased and dishonest. His attorney, Craig Mason, was also very sneaky and tried to convince the judge not to take it as a relocation case, and then halfway through tried to change the case to say that I was an unfit mother because my ex believed I had cheated on him and that he didn't even think our child was his, but Christine was ready for everything he threw at us. I was frankly terrified to go to court against my ex, because he and his family had been very abusive and controlling ever since I got pregnant with our daughter. He isolated me from everyone I knew and convinced them that I was a terrible person who had cheated on him, when in reality I wanted to leave him because he was drinking far too much and was abusing me. I finally got the courage to get away from him when I was 7 months pregnant and my then-3-year-old told me she was afraid of him. Since then he has controlled the narrative surrounding our story, convincing everyone around him that he was some sad wronged guy who just wanted his daughter to be safe, and that I was a drugged-out unfit mom. Because of this, I was afraid that he would be able to convince a judge as well. I also had very short hair at the time, and two attorneys before Christine told me that I needed to grow my hair out to look more "presentable." Within 5 minutes of talking to Christine, I felt confident for the first time that I would be able to win. Christine handled the whole thing with incredible skill and style. She and her paralegal Rachel (one of the most knowlegable people I've ever met) were always available to answer any questions I had. Christine made sure to explain every step along the way, she called me whenever something upsetting happened to make sure I was okay, and she always made me feel like I was her priority. Craig Mason was so sneaky that even after the judge issued her ruling, he continued to try to change documents and sneak little things in, but Christine never stopped fighting for me. The judge saw through my ex's lies and Mr Mason's games, saw me for who I am, and in the end awarded me almost everything I asked for, and my daughter lives with me in our new town. I absolutely believe that without Christine, my ex would have been able to convince the courts of his story, and my daughter would be suffering for it. I recommend her so highly, I cannot say it enough. She has grace, compassion, style, humor, and extraordinary skill. She is so kind and understanding, and just an amazing badass. I am so grateful to have had her as my champion in what was the most difficult and frightening ordeal of my life.
