When we had questions about certain aspects of the case instead of taking offense to asking a question, she listened and then would patiently explain everything in detail to us. Both my wife and I had been through nasty divorces and child custody battles and so much had changed since we ourselves had been in the courtroom. Thankfully Christine was more than understanding with our questions and expertly and professionaly would explain them and put any fears we had at ease. Christine is definitely a no nonsense attorney with the confidence backed by knowledge as if she's been an attorney for 100 years. Christine embraced our daughters trama and fears through this whole experience and comforted all of us even when we thought things were never gonna come to fruition through all the hard work our daughter had done. I first came across Christine Gallagher when I started researching for the absolute best divorce attorney in town. Two different firms recommended her as the best. I'd have to say that they were right. Christine is articulate, intelligent, conducts herself with integrity, but most of all, she is a... warrior at heart. She won a case for me that was far from being cut and dried. I feel like she really went over and above for us, and will always be appreciative of the supreme effort she put into this. Worth every penny of the money spent! On a side note, I retained Christine ten years ago as well to represent me through a divorce that ended up being reconciled. (Should have followed through, all I did was prolong the inevitable as it turned out). Anyway, at the time of reconciliation, she returned a large sum of the retainer money to me. That was unexpected at the time, I thought we had likely burned through all of it by that point, and I never would have questioned it if she hadn't contacted me to return the remainder. That type of integrity is rare these days! If you find yourself in this terrible situation of needing a family law attorney, I do not believe that anyone better is out there, for any sum on money. She is awesome.

She's absolutely nothing but the worst. Someone like this should never be a lawyer. I don't even know how much longer she's going to practice family law, but it's absolutely terrible and noxious. All the lies, false statements, and defamation. If you have have money to spend on this lawyer, just save... it for your kids.

I could not have hired better representation. Being a former attorney myself, I am familiar enough with the spectrum of talent out there and Christine is simply top-notch. Look no further. My ex had le...ft town and relocated 2+ hours away with our beautiful 9mo son after struggling with months of severe depression. She refused visitation and her goal was to simply get rid of me, broke and with no plan to care of our son appropriately. I was devastated. Hiring Christine was the best thing I could have done. In a matter of days, we had an emergency hearing -even amongst COVID -and I had temporary orders in place to see my son. In the ensuing months, she was there every step of the way through two more hearings, each time gaining ground for us. I was able to maintain regular visitation with my son several times a month and was grateful. Every detail was addressed by Christine and her staff and nothing was left to chance. My ex refused to communicate or mediate and forced us into a trial. To be honest, I was somewhat cynical of the process going in, especially since my ex had relocated. She had since moved in with her parents and admittedly created a stable home for herself. I expected only to keep what I had gained in our hearings, or with luck pick up some more visitation. I thought my child support would probably increase a bit. I was wrong. Christine completely dominated our short trial and NAILED IT! I was granted full joint custody (shared parenting) 50/50 right down the middle. We got absolutely everything we asked for, and then some. My child support was even adjusted dramatically downward due to a true shared parenting plan. My now 18mo son is spending his first full week at home with me and it is simply amazing. I’m sure you’re reading this review after scouring the internet searching for a good family law attorney. Well I’m telling you to stop, and just call Christine Gallagher. I hired Christine for my parenting plan case and my child support modification; and she was helpful, responsive, and most importan...tly got me what I wanted on both. And if you are familiar with law at all, you know a good lawyer can be ruined if they have a terrible paralegal; and Christine’s paralegal Rachel is down right fabulous. Rachel is very knowledgeable and kind. You seriously will not find a better team. I would recommend them over and over again.
