Christine Lynn Gallagher

I first came across Christine Gallagher when I started researching for the absolute best divorce attorney in town. Two different firms recommended her as the best. I'd have to say that they were right. Christine is articulate, intelligent, conducts herself with integrity, but most of all, she is a... warrior at heart. She won a case for me that was far from being cut and dried. I feel like she really went over and above for us, and will always be appreciative of the supreme effort she put into this. Worth every penny of the money spent! On a side note, I retained Christine ten years ago as well to represent me through a divorce that ended up being reconciled. (Should have followed through, all I did was prolong the inevitable as it turned out). Anyway, at the time of reconciliation, she returned a large sum of the retainer money to me. That was unexpected at the time, I thought we had likely burned through all of it by that point, and I never would have questioned it if she hadn't contacted me to return the remainder. That type of integrity is rare these days! If you find yourself in this terrible situation of needing a family law attorney, I do not believe that anyone better is out there, for any sum on money. She is awesome.

She's absolutely nothing but the worst. Someone like this should never be a lawyer. I don't even know how much longer she's going to practice family law, but it's absolutely terrible and noxious. All the lies, false statements, and defamation. If you have have money to spend on this lawyer, just save... it for your kids.

I found Christine Gallagher so wonderful to work with. I had full confidence in her knowledge and professionalism. She is very attentive to detail while always keeping the big picture and end goals in mind, all the while looking out for my best interests. She genuinely cares about her clients and was... readily available to me when I had questions or concerns, even on a weekend. Christine gave me full confidence that the end resolution would be satisfactory (or better, in my case) and I never felt alone going through this difficult process of divorce. She is also a huge proponent of children and is always keeping their best interests in mind. A friend recommended Christine to me, and I will be recommending her without reservation to anyone who needs her services. Thank you Christine!

Unprofessional. No backbone when dealing with other attorneys. Appears to do what's best for her instead of what's best for her clients. Christine Gallagher came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and at first I thought she was fantastic. I hired her to protect me from my abusive husband and ...to file for divorce from him. Initially she seemed tough and fair. I was in an incredibly delicate state and I foolishly trusted her to help me Christine discouraged me from submitting my evidence to the police. She allowed a hack local lawyer to intimidate her into trying to silence me. The other lawyer is a friend of my ex who was giving him advice and sending Christine emails even though she wasn't representing him (the other lawyer does not practice family law). Due to my ex's abuse and Christine's negligence, I spiraled into a psychotic breakdown. While I was in the midst of crisis, Christine tried to intimidate me into signing a quit claim deed for my ex (despite the fact that he hadn't yet cooperated in any way in the divorce). My signature at the time wouldn't have been legal. I was not in my right mind. When I was incapable of signing the document, Christine removed herself from my case - claiming she feared for herself and for my safety. Despite my psychosis, it was crystal clear that Christine had zero concern for my safety and only cared about her own. I have no idea what she was so afraid of. After Christine left my case, I got the psychiatric help I desperately needed, filed the police report and finalized the divorce on my own. It's been almost a year since my psychotic break and I'm finally healed enough to look at Christine's reviews and write my own. When I saw another review (on Google) about how Christine got a client to sign documents while under sedation, I knew I had to speak up. This appears to be a pattern for her. Doesn't every lawyer know that clients can't sign legal documents while under the influence/sedation or in while in psychosis? Choosing Christine as my divorce lawyer is one of the biggest regrets of my life. Beware.

Christine was always on top of everything when she worked with me and always had my best interest. She always was honest with me and was always doing what was best for me even if she did not benefit from it. I would recommend her to anyone she is truly one of the best attorneys in Spokane. I couldn’t... thank her enough for what’s she has done for me and my family.
