I previously had an attorney who pretty much destroyed me and my case then I was referred to Christine by friend. I was scared at 1st because I have already paid so much money but the minute I met Christine I knew I was in good hands. Her and Rachel both communicate very well any questions I have get... answered right away. My case is a little harder due to the other side manipulating lying and taken advantage of others. Christine will fight no questions asked. She sticks to the point and the law. I had money sitting in my account and when it was time we used it she did not just take my money she used it for what it was for and sent me invoices every month. I had an emergency big case. I needed someone ASAP and was up against Mathew Dudley. I called around and most attorneys said they would not fight Mathew in Court. Both children's fathers of mine g...ot together and hired one Attorney, Mathew Dudley. 2 fathers, and one case number! The motion was an emergency placement to take my children out of my care. Christine Gallagher met with me the next day and fearlessly fought with me to put the fire out. She is so compassionate and treated me like a daughter. Truly caring for me. We had 2 hearings after that and trial on the same issue almost 2 years later. She is well prepared, always shows up, billing and office stuff always in line. one complaint of billing I had in 2 years, and she wiped it away. I thought that all attorneys where awful unhealthy people. But Christine Gallagher is the first attorney out of 4 that I have experienced, in Court previous years that I actually turned my thinking around. She is glowingly healthy and uses all things for good. She is an amazing mother, and has a very healthy husband and marriage from the looks of it. A very good person you would want to represent you. The Judge in trial respected her deeply. I kept my kids the first round, and at trial walked away with more than I thought I would, more than what I was willing to give them in mediation.

I know exactly how attorneys are, I've had a number of them, any where from the very best in Spokane to the paralegal on Craigslist that didn't help me at all when I represented myself, and a few attorneys in between. I Heard good reviews about her so I gave her a try. It was refreshing to work wit...h Gallagher law office and refreshing to win in court. Christine won my case, I could not be happier. I felt she was pretty straight forward with me. I've had attorneys tell me what they think I want to hear, but Christine was pretty blunt, which is exactly what I think they should be. Christine told me what my chances of winning were and that is a very important part in the attorney-client relationship. Her paralegal was also very helpful, she answered all my questions and was very patient and very knowledgeable and straight forward. i hope to continue working with Christine.

Was available the day I called to accept my retainer. After that as much as six days to get a call back. Forgets facts and players of my case between expensive phone calls and letters so you get to pay while she reads over, and over. Left my grandson in a horrible position. As a parting gesture she l...eft me written instructions that got me scolded by the commissioner. If you need help look elsewhere is my best advice.
