Christine Lynn Gallagher

I have never seen anyone handle them self’s in a more professional was then my lawyer Christine Gallagher, she reviewed My case concerning my child and put together a fantastic defense for my case and now because of this it resulted in a victory on my part. This is the first lawyer I have ever came... in contact with and if another lawyer is ever needed I will hold them to a high Standard and expect nothing but perfection just as Christine Gallagher proved to me.

Christine did an absolutely amazing job with my case. My ex, who is an extreme narcissist, had fabricated an elaborate story that I was using drugs and neglecting my daughter, and that I was "crazy" because I have PTSD (mostly from him), in an attempt to take custody and prevent me from moving, even ...though he had not even bothered to meet our daughter until after she turned one, and never paid a penny to support her until she was 4. He got his whole family and several other people to come as witnesses and lie for him. Like most narcissists, he and his family are very charismatic and charming, but Christine caught them in their lies, showing the court without a doubt that they were biased and dishonest. His attorney, Craig Mason, was also very sneaky and tried to convince the judge not to take it as a relocation case, and then halfway through tried to change the case to say that I was an unfit mother because my ex believed I had cheated on him and that he didn't even think our child was his, but Christine was ready for everything he threw at us. I was frankly terrified to go to court against my ex, because he and his family had been very abusive and controlling ever since I got pregnant with our daughter. He isolated me from everyone I knew and convinced them that I was a terrible person who had cheated on him, when in reality I wanted to leave him because he was drinking far too much and was abusing me. I finally got the courage to get away from him when I was 7 months pregnant and my then-3-year-old told me she was afraid of him. Since then he has controlled the narrative surrounding our story, convincing everyone around him that he was some sad wronged guy who just wanted his daughter to be safe, and that I was a drugged-out unfit mom. Because of this, I was afraid that he would be able to convince a judge as well. I also had very short hair at the time, and two attorneys before Christine told me that I needed to grow my hair out to look more "presentable." Within 5 minutes of talking to Christine, I felt confident for the first time that I would be able to win. Christine handled the whole thing with incredible skill and style. She and her paralegal Rachel (one of the most knowlegable people I've ever met) were always available to answer any questions I had. Christine made sure to explain every step along the way, she called me whenever something upsetting happened to make sure I was okay, and she always made me feel like I was her priority. Craig Mason was so sneaky that even after the judge issued her ruling, he continued to try to change documents and sneak little things in, but Christine never stopped fighting for me. The judge saw through my ex's lies and Mr Mason's games, saw me for who I am, and in the end awarded me almost everything I asked for, and my daughter lives with me in our new town. I absolutely believe that without Christine, my ex would have been able to convince the courts of his story, and my daughter would be suffering for it. I recommend her so highly, I cannot say it enough. She has grace, compassion, style, humor, and extraordinary skill. She is so kind and understanding, and just an amazing badass. I am so grateful to have had her as my champion in what was the most difficult and frightening ordeal of my life.

I had a very complex matter come up after my divorce and I had already contacted several other attorney's including the one that handled my divorce and all of them told me that it was not a family law issue but was a real estate issue. After hiring a real estate attorney and presenting my case in cou...rt I was told by the real estate attorney he could not help me further until I got an order in family court because it was a family law matter. When I met Christine she was kind and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my situation and to really think outside of the box which is what I needed because my case was complex enough that none of the other family law attorney's I had contacted had ever run into a situation like mine before. Her legal assistant Rachel was incredibly smart as well. The most impressive thing about Christine to me was that she called me and emailed me directly. I have worked with several other attorney's and typically they only spoke to me directly at the consult and when I had to go to court. Christine was in direct contact with me leading up to my court case and after. Christine has been the best attorney I have ever worked with. She cares about her clients and she was extremely fair in what she charged me. I do not believe I would have been able to win my case without her and I would highly recommend her.

I hired Christine Gallagher to represent me after I was served for divorce and custody. It was actually another well-respected attorney in Spokane that recommended her (couldn't use their services due to a conflict of interest). Christine was absolutely fantastic.
