Professional and dedicated!

You never want to be in the market for a divorce attorney, but should you find yourself needing one, Scott is hands down the best! He took me on when I needed him most, devoted time to me that he didn't have, made me feel like I was his highest priority and eloquently portrayed my case to the judge s...o that I walked away from a marriage feeling like I would be ok. Scott was professional, never played dirty and kept my kids' best interest in mind at all times. He did his research and got the job DONE. He was my second attorney as I fired my first one after spending over $10k and having nothing to show for it. I feel like Scott billed appropriately and all the money I spent was well worth it. This man is clearly a Christian, ethical, professional, has great communication within his office/clients, is diligent and educated. I cannot recommend him more highly!

Highly Recommend - The Best!

The team at Volyn Law is absolutely amazing and they were exactly what I needed during a difficult divorce process. Shawna was always on top of things and kept me in the loop on all the important details, she is the sweetest and sent emails to check in and made sure all of my questions were answered.... Scott is incredible, he had my back during a number of really hard situations and I knew I was in the best hands. He’s not only highly skilled, professional and so talented at what he does, he is so much than just legal counsel, his kindness and compassion towards me and what I had been through meant so much to me, really more than I could ever say. Scott answered all of my questions as many times as I needed and made sure I understood the processes and procedures. We talked through all of the options before me until I was comfortable making a decision. Coming out of the relationship I was in I felt so fortunate to have someone believe me and stand up for me during one of the most challenging times in my life. I will forever be grateful for Scott and Shawna and if I had to go back and choose an attorney again, I would pick Volyn law every single time, they are the best!

Scott is a warrior and will diligently seek your best interest

Scott represented me in a family law matter and always made me feel like I had a partner I could lean on during tough times. He was always prepared and rigorously advocated for my child’s best interest. Going into every hearing, I felt a sense of comfort, even though court hearings can be difficult, ...because Scott kept me informed and apprised of all the issues before the court and possible outcomes. If you want a champion advocating for you, Scott is as good as they come.

Thoughtful, knowledgable, always prepared

Mr. Volyn is an excellent attorney, the best I have worked with yet. After previous attys retired, I was directed to Mr. Volyn. He believed me when I explained the history of my case and he has advocated for me well. He personally reads all my declarations—something previous attys did not always do. ...He fights hard but ethically for his clients and I recommend him highly. One note: Scott is very busy so I scheduled short phone calls with him on a weekly basis when working on an issue, instead of randomly trying to reach him on his phone or by email. His legal assistant is very responsive to emails or phone calls.
