Highly Recommend - The Best!

The team at Volyn Law is absolutely amazing and they were exactly what I needed during a difficult divorce process. Shawna was always on top of things and kept me in the loop on all the important details, she is the sweetest and sent emails to check in and made sure all of my questions were answered.... Scott is incredible, he had my back during a number of really hard situations and I knew I was in the best hands. He’s not only highly skilled, professional and so talented at what he does, he is so much than just legal counsel, his kindness and compassion towards me and what I had been through meant so much to me, really more than I could ever say. Scott answered all of my questions as many times as I needed and made sure I understood the processes and procedures. We talked through all of the options before me until I was comfortable making a decision. Coming out of the relationship I was in I felt so fortunate to have someone believe me and stand up for me during one of the most challenging times in my life. Winters Litigation

From the beginning Mr. Volyn and his staff were polite and informative. Mr. Volyn reviewed our complaint researched the information we provided him. We were running out of time to lodge our complaint formally. Mr. Volyn and his staff took the ball and ran with it. We were able to come to an agreement... with our 2 1/2 year battle with the City in which we live in a timely matter and in Mediation vs court. We did not recover all of our losses but at least it was over at the end of a long day in Mediation. I would recommend Mr Volyn to anyone in need of an attorney that is understanding and competent. He will put your needs first and help you step by step.

Knows the Law and Helps His Clients

After having our vehicle totaled, and experiencing injury, I was at a loss with how to deal with insurance adjusters playing low-ball games with me.
