Professional and dedicated!

You never want to be in the market for a divorce attorney, but should you find yourself needing one, Scott is hands down the best! He took me on when I needed him most, devoted time to me that he didn't have, made me feel like I was his highest priority and eloquently portrayed my case to the judge s...o that I walked away from a marriage feeling like I would be ok. Scott was professional, never played dirty and kept my kids' best interest in mind at all times. He did his research and got the job DONE. He was my second attorney as I fired my first one after spending over $10k and having nothing to show for it. I feel like Scott billed appropriately and all the money I spent was well worth it. This man is clearly a Christian, ethical, professional, has great communication within his office/clients, is diligent and educated. I cannot recommend him more highly!

Winters Litigation

From the beginning Mr. Volyn and his staff were polite and informative. Mr. Volyn reviewed our complaint researched the information we provided him. We were running out of time to lodge our complaint formally. Mr. Volyn and his staff took the ball and ran with it. We were able to come to an agreement... with our 2 1/2 year battle with the City in which we live in a timely matter and in Mediation vs court. We did not recover all of our losses but at least it was over at the end of a long day in Mediation. I would recommend Mr Volyn to anyone in need of an attorney that is understanding and competent. Knows the Law and Helps His Clients

After having our vehicle totaled, and experiencing injury, I was at a loss with how to deal with insurance adjusters playing low-ball games with me. After several weeks of frustration trying to settle with the insurance company on my own, I decided to set up an appointment with Scott. He only needed ...30 minutes to lay out my next steps. Within days, I had a settlement with the insurance company that was right in line with what Scott said was warranted for the accident/injuries we suffered.
