Winters Litigation

From the beginning Mr. Volyn and his staff were polite and informative. Mr. Volyn reviewed our complaint researched the information we provided him. We were running out of time to lodge our complaint formally. Mr. Volyn and his staff took the ball and ran with it. We were able to come to an agreement... with our 2 1/2 year battle with the City in which we live in a timely matter and in Mediation vs court. We did not recover all of our losses but at least it was over at the end of a long day in Mediation. I would recommend Mr Volyn to anyone in need of an attorney that is understanding and competent. He will put your needs first and help you step by step.

Trustworthy, dependable, ethical, and gets the job done!

Scott came recommended to me by my former employer in 2011 when i started a divorce process. He was very maticulous in going through the details of my situation, yet never waisted my time. His main goal was to do what was right for my child. Scott is a christian, and conducts himself as such. With th...at being said, he is also a bulldog in the courtroom and goes in to win. There is no one else I would rather have by my side in that room.

Employment separation issues

Outstanding!

Extremely professional and insightful. An outstanding asset in any legal situation. If you sit down at the negotition table and Scott is sitting with your opponent, you hired the wrong attorney. Might as well quit.
