Attorney Gojak has lived in Vancouver, WA since 1999. He graduated from Fort Vancouver High School and went on to receive a Bachelor of Sciences in Political Science from the Portland State University. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2013, he went on to pass the New York Bar Exam in 2013, followed by the Washington Bar Exam in 2016.

He primarily handles cases in Clark County, Cowlitz County, Skamania County, Battle Ground, and Camas/Washougal. He handles criminal defense cases, including DUIs and domestic violence. Additionally, he has experience with civil matters, including firearm restorations, interest waivers, no contact and anti-harassment orders. Other areas of practice include contracts, employment, personal injury and real estate law.

In addition to his practice, Dino serves as a board member for the Clark County Veteran’s Court. He is also a licensed Oregon real estate broker.

WOW!
Mr Gojak looks professional, clean and respectable, is a courteous and kind man. He was thorough in answering all of my questions (and patient when I’d ask the same questions twice). He was obviously set on making sure I understood what what happening, what he was doing, every step of the way. When I say “what he was doing” is because I didn’t have to do anything but sign papers! He even explained it as optional if I go to my court date. He detailed the benefits of going vs not going. Mr Gojak treated me with dignity and respect. I could tell he really cared about getting a favorable outcome for me, for my life and my potential for success in my future endeavors. He never looked down on me, acted superior or intimidating in anyway. He’s very personable and used every day language to explain very dry materials. I strongly recommend Mr Gojak! I will definitely hire him again for future expungement cases.

I was facing multiple felony charges, Dino took the time to listen and told me my options. He gave me full clarity to what I was facing and what to expect of going to trial. I was facing time in prison and very nervous about the entire situation. He gave me reassurance that we could resolve my charges without going to trial. In the end I feel Dino got my charges down to the proper plea to a few misdemeanors. I’m sitting here today not a felon because of Dino. Can’t thank him enough.

Criminal trespassing & hit and run cases.
Dino has done an extraordinary job taking on 2 major cases for me. Nearly 3 years ago, he was able to dismiss a hit and run case for me where I was at fault in the accident. Just this July he successfuly dismissed a Criminal Trespasing charge for me, going above and beyond to make sure I got the best end result. Dino is worth the investment to keep your record clean! Highly recommend him :)

It feels like when we need to pay an attorney its never under the happiest of circumstances, however, I couldn't be happier with how he handled my case. Professional, completely transparent and stood with me every step of the way, charting a course through the turbulent waters of the justice system. His best qualities are that he excels at explaining the complex concepts of his business in a way that is clear and easy to understand. I also liked how he posted a flat rate before taking the case, and even though it took much longer than expected, he steadfastly upheld his original, reasonable rate. Although I hope I don't end up talking to another judge anytime soon, he would be the first person I call.

Diligence; interpersonal skills; best outcome
Dino Gojak is a very capable lawyer. He is straightforward, diligent, and offers reasonable pricing. With his knowledge and poise, he effectively helped me get the desired results in my case. I was facing charges for a second DUI, accompanied by a wrongfully charged felony. He was able to get the felony dropped to a lesser charge, thereby preventing me from facing jail time. I was not convicted on either count, and I entered deferred prosecution. I am so pleased, as this outcome was the best case scenario. Months after this case was closed in court, I received a letter from the DOL regarding an administrative DUI hearing for a pending license suspension. With only 2 days notice of this hearing, Dino attended on my behalf, and prevented my license from being suspended. Dino’s work ethic and genuine care for his clients’ interests are evident. I trust Dino, and I will definitely hire him again if I ever need representation in the future.
