Mr. Sterbick does not suffer fools gladly. He wants to help you. He takes pride in being able to help you. However, he also expects you to help yourself. He did a great job for us. He came in at the 11th hour on the recommendation of a business acquaintance. Mr. Sterbick, to put it mildly, saved... our bacon. If you want someone to hold your hand and tell you that none of this is your fault he isn't your guy. John and his team are very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all LOYAL all the way through the case before, during and till it was over!!!!!!
