John Anton Sterbick

From the first meeting with John, I felt so much better about my situation. I have never filed bankruptcy, and was feeling like a low life doing it. I never felt judged, or looked down on. While John was great, I mainly worked with Annette Williams. I can not say enough good things about her. Sh...e knows her stuff, and went beyond in helping me with a wage garnishment. She picked me up a few times, and I will always be grateful for her help.

Luke (myself) was in a automobile accident mid December of 2011. The vehicle was rear ended and the whole tail end was destroyed; defeated; and hopeless. John did an excellent job of reviewing my situation, giving advice, and handling the necessary paperwork for submittal to the IRS. I had come to a frustrating point in my dealing directly with the IRS on past due obligations. I was getting the IRS letters and had a property lien filed. John was abl...e to stop the collection process and was successful in receiving an Offer in Compromise. The amount was pennies on the dollar in order to settle this obligation.

John found a way to get the entire debt cancelled and as of 26 August 2012 the IRS has closed their investigation into... my situation and released their lien. The $1,500.00 fee I paid for his knowledge and ability to get the job done quickly is less than what I've heard other attorneys and law firms quote and I consider it to be money very well spent. After being hounded and levied by the IRS, we hired John Sterbick to help us. John showed us how certain IRS tax years can be discharged through Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. We owed over $191,000.00 to the IRS and IT WAS ALL DISCHARGED in out Chapter 7! A big thank you to John and his staff for taking aw...ay this huge burden. We are in our 70's and there is no way we could have ever paid those taxes.
