A native of Seattle, Washington, Adam Trotsky received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, with a major in psychology. He went onto receive his law degree from Seattle University, where he graduated Cum Laude.

 

In the beginning of his legal career, Mr. Trotsky worked at a fast paced criminal defense law firm, where he defending clients in all types of criminal matters. Mr. Trotsky then went on to practice insurance defense law, where he represented defendants in civil lawsuits. Mr. Trotsky has taken his experience in civil defense law and switched over to representing plaintiffs in their personal injury claims. Mr. Trotsky's background in insurance law and understanding of insurance companies helps in the aggressive negotiations often had with personal injury claims. Mr. Trotsky also supports Mr. McNeese in the criminal defense portion of the law firm, as well as routinely handling all types of misdemeanor and felony charges.

Adam and his assistant Erika are true professionals. They helped to guide me every step of the way through legal case process. While there was work to be done on my end, Adam and Erika took large majority of the load and I never felt overwhelmed, I was able to just try to recover from my injuries. Adam won both cases in my favor and if it wasn’t a hit and run for one, he would’ve won even more. This man knows what he is doing and I don’t think he’s ever lost a case for his plaintiffs. I have referred a handful of people to Adam because I felt so happy with his work. They were very kind and appreciative to my referrals and showed genuine reciprocity. I call them for legal questions and help their ally and they are always so kind and willing to help guide me in whatever information they can provide. Hire Adam! A total pro, all around.
