John is caring, and very skilled and his staff is wonderful to work with. They helped ensure that things moved along accordingly, and we were in piles of IRS debt that was incredibly intimidating and scary to work with but they all made it easy and helped us figure out a game plan that was affordable... and something we could accomplish. John did an excellent job of reviewing my situation, giving advice, and handling the necessary paperwork for submittal to the IRS. I had come to a frustrating point in my dealing directly with the IRS on past due obligations. I was getting the IRS letters and had a property lien filed.
