This man is one of the most compassionate and genuine people I have ever met in my entire life. Several years ago I gave up my parental rights to my beautiful daughter, at the time I was very unhealthy and emotionally unstable . It took quite some time for me to recover and become healthy again ...and get my life back on track , but I'd given up my rights . I did not have the right to know where she lived I did not have the right to know how she was doing was absolutely left a huge hole in my heart . What the law could not do for me he did. He was not only able to find out where my daughter was living and how she was doing but he was able to contact her parental guardian . Richard Ricketts spent several hours of his time writing letters and making phone calls on my behalf . During this process this man was genuine , he was compassionate, and I felt as if he really cared for me and wanted to re-connect me with my daughter .I now have open communication with my daughter and receive a video chat once a week! being able to talk to her and know that she is healthy and happy means the world to me. Richard is knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. i was dealing with a divorce and an ugly custody battle with a very limited income. Richard took my case at the last minute, he jumped in as my divorce and custody attorney. He was through, professional, and most of all truly cared. Although the opposing counsel was uncooperative and at times hostile. He conducted himself in my best interest and for the best interest of my children.... My case went to a lenghly trial, I never felt overwhelmed or stressed, because he has such a calming presence about him I felt calm just sitting next to him.
