Absolute worst possible experience with this law firm. They sent a different lawyer to our court date and didn't tell us until he showed up. He had no knowledge on our case. Billing was ridiculous. Due to screwing our case up entirely, Todd himself told us there would be no cost for him to fix his m...ess up. Not only did the other side get what they wanted.. They were COMPLETELY in the wrong.. With complete confidence before our court date that we would win, the other attorney Daniel that works for him, was awful in court. He didn't use all the evidence that was given to him.. He managed to leave out the most important details.. I have literally met with the attorney twice! I hired him 8 months ago. We have to go through the paralegal for everything. The whole firm fails to take us serious. Telling us it would be a bad idea to go back to court, unless we paid another full retainer... In that case they could get the judge to take us serious, and be on our side. I am now moving on to a new attorney, and will NEVER even consider sending someone to buskirk and associates.

Todd took my case after my pervious attorney became seriously ill. He represented me expertly in negotiations, mediations, and in court across several years. A total professional, he never lost a point to opposing counsel in any of the court appearances, up to and including the state court of appea...ls. He produced a ton of documents, called and led countless meetings with opposing counsel and the opposing party, as well as with other attorneys/judges/clerks/etc. Todd always he gave me a sense of confidence and ALWAYS did what he said he would when promised. And again - he won....every time. He has my highest possible recommendation!

Mr Buskirk handled my extremely contentious custody case. He was very concerned for the safety of my children as this was also a case of domestic violence. Since it was mostly emotional abuse, it was very hard to get the facts known. I ended up with full custody and sole decision making of my 2 ch...ildren and extremely limited visitation with their father. I recommend him to anyone who needs a good attorney, particularly in dealing with these kinds of issues. He is extremely intelligent and intuitive and caring.
