Stress free bankruptcy

Rachel was very organized and efficient. I was given a list of items needed upfront, so I was able to download all the statements needed at once. She was very empathetic when our son passed away, giving us some reassurance and time to deal with our loss. I highly recommend Rachel Edmiston if y...ou are considering bankruptcy.

Rachel was the best!

I felt like she handles my bankruptcy very well abs she was there to answer the emails I sent her I asked questions and she answered and thought me about bankruptcy and what people need to stop doing and gave my information to the classes I needed to do to get my bankruptcy finalized. She’s awesome a...nd I appreciate her!

Excellent Advice, Professional, Non-judgmental

As soon as we met Rachel during our consultation, we knew we were in good hands. She carefully explained the bankruptcy process and our options based on our personal situation. We greatly appreciated her non-judgmental approach as she put us at ease in discussing our financial situation and the opt...ions available to us. Her advice was clear and detailed giving us all we needed to do to prepare for our bankruptcy case and providing feedback as needed. It was also very reassuring to have her present with us as we met with the trustee to finalize our case. We would highly recommend Rachel to guide you through a bankruptcy case. She made the process easy and fairly quick for us.

She was the best

Rachel was very professional and walked me thru each step of my bankruptcy. She explained everything and every page of my filing. She was there for me through it all. She was the best!

We made the BEST choice!

After meeting with a few attorneys in our area, we chose to work with Rachel Edmiston. She was very personable, professional, and charged a reasonable fee. Rachel was always accommodating with our schedules and family situation. We never felt pressured or "told" what to do, but expectations and ...next steps were always clear. She communicated well by email and sent updates as our case progressed. As intimidating and complicated as the process is, I don't think it could have went any smoother. For anyone that is considering or has questions about bankruptcy, I highly recommend Rachel Edmiston. We are very happy with our decision to work with her and you will be too.
