Made my case a nightmare
I hired this lawyer to help finish my divorce.I was forced to terminate his services leaving me hi and dry.He lyed to me about the amount of money he was going to charge me to get my divorce finished.It actually ended up costing me three times what he originally told me to get me back to square one.H...

Replied last June 02, 2016Always interesting these negative reviews for fact patterns unknown to me or my staff appear just after I am successful with a particular case where custody is contested and I have had contempt found against the other parent twice.

Poor representation
Took a pretty cut and dry case and turned it into a six hour mediation. Cost me almost as much money as my divorce to mediate a small section of my parenting plan against my wishes. Spent 2/3 of our time listening to personal stories that had no relevance to my case. Waste of my time and money.

Made a horrible situation very easy.
During my divorce, I was out to sea on a deployment Mr. Getz helped me every step of the way. He also handed many of my issues. His staff is top notch and I stronly recommend anyone to give hm a call if you have any legal issues.
