DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! I organized all my paper and sent it to his office. He did not file the proper paper work with the Court in a timely manner which had negative reflect on my support case once in front of the Judge. His billing is often wrong. We agreed on the final invoice and I made final... payment however 3 year after I hired him turned my account in to a debt collector claiming that I owed him $4,000 more.

I first saw Mike in trial about 25 years ago & was so impressed with his defense of a DUI client,I got his card.Now my friends,family,neighbors,& even co workers have been happy with his results.I feel confident with his wide range of expertese & trial experience.If your lookin' for a fast talkin; sl...y dog,Don't go to Mike! He seemed very distracted and was very disorganized. He was not responsive with multiple requests during my custody case. He failed to perform key necessities in our case, and was caught off guard when those details were presented to him, by me, and had to be rectified at the 11th hour before court... hearings. He was the lapdog for the other, much more aggressive attorney, He failed to protect my interests and I was billed unnecessarily for continuances and outside services, etc, that should never have ocurred in the first place.

Mike was open and honest with me from the beginning. He guided me as to the decisions that had to be made with his years of experience as a divorce attorney. He let me know he was my advocate and would represent my interests to the best of his ability, while letting me know what the reasonable outc...ome would be for decisions made along the way. His direct approach and guidance saved me emotional stress and money, as we decided together how to balance what I wanted with the likely outcome based on his years of experience. As a result, we went to court on several occasions and never lost anything in court. Mike is an attorney, not a bartender. I was glad I had him for an attorney because he did not keep me talking while on billable hours. If fact, at one point he chastised me for not keeping to the task and subject at hand, as he said “I am on the clock…” I really appreciated his honesty and realized he was doing me a favor by his forthright personality and no nonsense approach to my case. In addition, more recently, my dad passed away and he was there to help give me some direction as to how to deal with this issue. He was not compensated but gave me some valuable counsel as to how to move forward. Mike is a great guy and good attorney, I hope you will consider him for your law needs.

I hired Mike Mallory to help with custody issues with my two children. Previously I had used a female attorney who worked for the largest firm in town. I thought bigger was better.And it would look good to have a woman representing me.However the female attorney had no interes...t in fighting for me in court.She would tell me that I wouldn,t have a chance getting custody of my children. So then I contacted Mr Mallory. The difference was like night and day.More importantly he works very fast.From setting the first appointment to drawing up the papers,having them served on my ex all done very fast.
