While others write that Rodi worked their high conflict custody trial and won for them when it seemed unlikely, Rodi sat and watched my extremely high conflict custody case be railroaded. In the nearly 2 year case, all Rodi did was very, very mildly and quietly represent me in court. On one occasion ...she didn't call me or return my calls to inform me what had happened at an important hearing that I could not attend, for nearly a month, when she did, I found that there were time sensitive things I was supposed to be doing during that month. It was always very difficult to get a hold of her. She gave me bad advice that, in the end, affected my side of the case badly. She didn't speak up when it came to false accusations that were being thrown around by the other party in hearings. I truly wish I would have chosen a different lawyer, one who would have actively and ambitiously helped me fight for my parental rights. From what I have gathered from the various professionals (GAL, child therapist included) my custody case is one of the most involved and unbelievable most of them have ever seen.
