I was offered not one- but two best outcomes; one being the possession of a controlled substance/poison charge being backed down to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct in the 2nd degree, and two being a years worth of a clean record in return for a complete dismissal of the case. I was eager to close the case and move on, so on my court date I chose option one. Imagine my surprise when I see Melissa talking with an officer at my arraignment when she gives me the good news of the judge deciding to dismiss the charge all together and then write a new citation for disorderly conduct as if I had never been cited in the first place! I was thrilled considering the situation. Through this three month endure I was able to relax knowing that Melissa was hard at work to make this possible. The same day after I hired her she told me "now all you have to do is relax and show up in a couple months". The relief I felt was unimaginable. Not only did she keep me updated every step along the way, she was able to give me great life advice as the repercussions of this case took a toll on my life. Boy am I glad I accidentally found Melissa! Not only did she contact me on a Sunday when I filled out an inquiry online about my DUI but, she came to my initial hearing in MV and met with me beforehand to see if i wanted her to represent me! For free! (Free consultation which i found is not all that ...common). She gave me all the info I needed and everyone knew her so, naturally I had to hire her. She offered a payment plan after half of the money down which I also appreciated. TOTALLY worth the loan I took out to hire her. She works round the clock, uses email, text, and phone to communicate, answers any and all questions I had and gave advice to the best of her knowledge without making a decision for me.
