I can't say enough great things about Ms. Sullivan. I'm admittedly skeptical about attorneys, and really the legal system, but she was extraordinary. I was the victim of an erroneous arrest for Domestic Violence and later a frivolous protection order. But with the DA and the courts, one can never und...erestimate how things can go terribly wrong. I was impressed with how professional, yet thoughtful and courteous Ms. Sullivan was. She's a fighter and assertive, but she was never arrogant or impolite to me. She listened to me intently, took copious notes, and gathered the facts, and then cut to the chase, formed a plan of action, and thoughtfully brought me up to speed with the process and what I needed to know. Although she has many clients and court cases, she kept me in the loop and informed. She thoroughly prepared for the protection order hearing; my order was dismissed. Later, my DV case was declined with no charges brought forward by the DA, even though my case was reviewed by one DA and passed on to a stricter DA--all because Ms. Sullivan worked strategically with them and wasn't overly aggressive nor passive about my case.
