Extremely Thorough

The Law Office of Donald Tesch was an oasis in the desert that is the process of navigating the complicated requirements for preparing and professionally managing your bankruptcy. I called several times with questions throughout the challenging times we find ourselves and always had a prompt resolut...ion by Donald himself or Stacy when he was unavailable at court. My hearing date was postponed indefinitely in the beginning of March but Donald and his team kept me up to date on my case until my telephone hearing. My best friend had to file a bankruptcy due to medical issues and he strongly recommended Donald’s services. I realized as I listened to all the questions posed to several other cases on the telephone hearing before mine turn that I had made the right decision in retaining Donald. -Ed

Fantastic support from start to finish

No one likes to file bankruptcy. Don is welcoming, respectful and extremely knowledgeable on current law. He thought ahead on my case, to see what debts could be discharged when. Due to his knowledge, and my ability to wait, I was allowed to discharge over $100,000 in debt. He's a stand up guy when ...it comes to ethics. Stacy his paralegal is fantastic also; she is available and easy to work with. I was referred to Don by a friend who had filed bankruptcy and she was happy with him and I am so glad she did. I will definitely refer any friends I have who may come to the same decision. And, he quoted me a price for the bankruptcy and that didn't change, even though we ended up waiting to file for awhile. I appreciate the fact that I was able to speak with Don on the phone and meet him in his office and that didn't change the quoted price. If you need someone to help you decipher, guide you, and finalize a bankruptcy, Don is your guy!

Supportive and Effective

When I first met Don I was dropping things, unable to remember my creditors and totally disorganized.. My paperwork was a disaster and I was shaking like a leaf. Don supported me throughout the process and helped me feel confident about my ability to get everything ready. I also felt less shame whe...never I left his office. Don was very knowledgeable, concise, organized and had an effective demeanor in the hearing. We were awarded a Chpt 7 discharge of the debt. Most of all I believe that having Don's support and encouragement helped pave the way.

Knows his stuff

Don was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like my case was in good hands and that he was doing everything he could to make sure I had a stress-free experience. He knew how to protect the assets that were most important to me.
