Ken Schneider is the best

Ken Schneider is a great attorney. He helped me and my family get through one of the toughest times in our lives. He was able to guide us and help pick the best plan that fit my family. I have recommended him to others and will continue.

Extremely Knowledgeable Bankruptcy Attorney

My wife and I had a real mess on our hands in 2008 when the recession hit and our development real estate loans were all called. It was an extremely dire situation, and I was referred to Ken as one of the only people in the Northwest that might understand a complex multi-million dollar case with a h...andful of LLC's and business's involved. Ken was right on the case, knew the complex facts quickly and accurately, and was successful at holding the trustee accountable to bankruptcy law. If you ever have to go through a nightmare like this, I HIGHLY recommend that you get Ken on board to navigate you through it. I have referred him to several co-workers and friends that he has also helped. The guys knows bankruptcy law inside and out.

SAVED MY BACON

Not sure how to describe what I was going thru, everything seemed to be falling apart at the same time, I had a short sale that was not going well and another property I was living in. After turning to Ken for help, I was able to keep the house I was living in and continue the short sale, although th...e sale feel thru in the end, he had included it in the Bankruptcy so I was off the hook for both the first and the huge second mortgage. Once that debt was gone I was able to get a loan modification on my primary residence and with my huge personal debt load and one house gone I have been able to move forward with my life in a positive way and without any debt other than my mortgage. He walked me thru the whole process and I provided him with everything I was asked for so as not to delay anything. I am very happy that I went to see him, it was the best money I spent in the last 20 years or so. I do recommend Ken. I only have one other thing to say, Thank You Ken. Signed, One of your clients

Down to earth attorney with a great deal of knowledge

We hired Ken to do our chapter 7 filing in 2012. We interviewed several attorneys and chose Ken Scheider because we felt that he would do the best job with our case. Ken has a vast knowledge of Chapter 7 and 13 and will counsel you and make sure that he guides you to help you make the right decisio...n. We know of at least 2 other friends that have hired Ken and they are very happy with Ken's results and knowledge. I would highly recommend Ken for a bankruptcy lawyer.

"I endorse this lawyer. Why? I have known Ken since 1993. Although there are many newer attorneys who have now become attorneys and there are many attorney "let go" by the larger law firms, those attorneys do not simply learn to give good advise simply by hanging out a shingle as a "bankruptcy attorney". To the contrary, many bankruptcy client situations can only be resolved by having experienced many cases like it before and knowing the options and Ken is that type of attorney. Furthermore, there are many attorneys I would NEVER refer someone to when there is a conflict; I do refer to Ken as he provides accurate and helpful advice. Additionally , most bankruptcy attorneys do NOT have the tax background Ken has..That is crucial: most income taxes are dischargeable if old enough..Ken can advise on when that time period is as the tax laws are complex. Finally, Ken's fees are reasonable..so dont waste time on an inexperieced attorney and then having to hire Ken to clean up the "mess"!"
