Jody Studdard

I had literally called every attorney practicing family law in Snohomish County. Jody Studdard was a referral from the very last attorney, who was going on maternity leave. All the previous attorneys I had called either would not take on a multi-state child custody case or had an astronomical retaine...r, which was out of reach for a single mom living in Alaska. Not only did he take my case, but his retainer was a fraction of all the others I had contacted. I thought, this was either going to be a really good thing or a really bad thing. It was the best decision of my life! He took on a rather difficult child custody case involving three states, WA, TX & AK. There were some challenges, like getting papers served to the defendant on Fort Lewis. Jody was very organized before he presented the case before the Judge, so much so, that the judge cut off the defendants attorney and made a ruling in favor of the plaintiff, due to overwhelming facts presented by Jody. I never met Jody Studdard, but I will NEVER forget what Jody did for me in 2003. He was truly my last hope. I am writing this review 17 years later. He forever changed the course of my life and my son’s life in a such a positive way I will ALWAYS remember.
