Prompt, thorough and fights for you!

Tom Budinich is an excellent injury attorney. He was very thorough when investigating my claim and listening to my issues. He always responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had and I felt that he truly fought for me.

Tom Budinich is a very good person

Tom Budinich was great! He is kind and understanding. He communicates well and stays on top of everything. He went out of his way to make things easier for me—even coming to where I was located to meet me so that I didn’t have to travel anywhere. I highly recommend.

My wife and I were unfortunately involved in a car accident while riding in a hired limo company. I was not hurt but my wife suffered severe damage to her thumb that required surgery. After trying to deal with the limo company on my own and getting the run around I hired Bernard Law Group. We were as...signed attorney Tom Budinich. He was GREAT! He cut through the many obstacles that the limo company was throwing at him. He kept negotiating through the low ball offers from the limo companies insurance until he got what he thought was a fair settlement for my wife. All bills are paid with some extra for pain and suffering. Thank you Tom! Through our dealings with Bernard Law Group, Tom Budinich especially, I would highly recommend contacting them if you ever run into the unfortunate situation that my wife and I did.

Tom Budinich is a top notch attorney.

Tom did a fantastic job running point on a my case that was a motor vehicle collision in which I was my left wrist badly injured. I was in care for about a year and half and racked up a good amount of medical bills after running out of person injury protection coverage, so my case required Tom to not... only deal and negotiate with the liable party's insurance company and my auto insurance company, but also my health insurance company. Tom was very transparent, showed great advice and counsel in regards to how I should proceed at each offer, and was attentive and responded in a very timely manner to any questions I had. In the end, I walked away feeling and knowing that I got the right, correct, and just amount of compensation for my troubles from this auto insurance company for the pain and suffering I went through, countless hours in physical therapy and in doctor visits and driving to and from them, as well as lost revenue from my job. I would not have gotten compensation anywhere near what I received had it not been for Tom and his expertise negotiating with insurance companies. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who was in the same predicated I was in.
