Tom Budinich with the Bernard law office, was fast and a real good attorney. He was easy to talk to and he kept we up to date on the progress of my case. I highly recommend him to be your attorney.

Spectacular Attorney of Law

Tom Budinich was my first experience with an attorney. I was immediately surprised by his compassion for my situation. His knowledge was astounding and the path he cleared for my healing remarkable. He was always available for my calls, and no question I asked was beneath him. He made me feel like I... was his only client and there are not enough thankyou's for him. If I ever need a lawyer again, he will be the only call I will make. My husband and I will be forever indebted to this kind, passionate, knowledgeable and very respectful person, Tom Budinich. And the staff, especially his paralegal Benita, always very kind and respectful.

Deleting the stress

Turning one of the worst nights of my life and bringing a positive outcome is what Tom Budinich did for me. I've never needed a lawyer, and was very inexperienced when it came to a settlement process. He had no trouble explaining every detail and even repeating explanations. AND THE COMMUNICATION! he... kept in touch much better than most family always with an update. All jokes aside im glad the Bernard law group was suggested to me. And Tom Budinich was an excellent person to have in your corner. Thank you!

Outstanding Attorney

I wholeheartedly recommend and endorse Tom Budinich from the Law Offices of Kirk B. Bernard. Tom, has personally handled three different cases for my family over the past several years and each time I was extremely satisfied with the end result. Although I certainly hope I never see another auto acci...dent, I can rest assured that if I do, I can always trust and rely upon Tom Budinich to get the job done. He fought for me and made sure that I received fair compensation for my auto accident claim. Thankfully, we all have choices in life. Car Accident

I was hit by a car while walking. The insurance company was giving me a hard time so I hired Bernard Law Group and I got Tom Budinich. I was sacred about the whole ordeal. Tom was the to handle the problem he went above and beyond what was required. I was happy with the outcome. Would recommend Tom B...udinich to anyone needing an attorney.
