I highly recommend Pendergast Law! I was in an accident and my insurance was trying to tell me I was fine when I wasn’t. I contacted Pendergast law and they helped me be able to sleep through the nigh without pain. I was able to continue medical treatment for issues caused by the accident and I was able to make leaps and bounds in recovery due to their assistance! I will forever recommend them! Joseph "J.P." Pendergast, Owner and Managing Partner, has focused on personal injury law since joining the firm in 1998. As a former King County deputy prosecuting attorney he has extensive trial and appellate court experience.

“While working in the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office with King County Prosecutor Norm Maleng, I saw first hand how people’s lives were turned upside down as a result of an accident,” explains Mr. Pendergast. “That’s what led me to help injured people. A native of Seattle, he graduated from the University of Washington and received his law degree from the University of Oregon in 1993. Active in the community, Mr. Pendergast has worked on a variety of local and legal initiatives that help people everyday. He has also been very active coaching local youth sports including little league baseball, boys and girls soccer, basketball and football.

Mr. Pendergast is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Assocation. He has been rated very highly by his fellow lawyers and judges for his legal ability and adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics.

Excellent lawyer!!!!

The Best

I could not have had a better experience with Hardwick and Pendergast. From start to finish they treated me with kindness and care, which we all can use after a car accident. There was simple intake to get started and clear communication, I appreciated the regular updates from the team. It was clear from the beginning I was in good hands. My case was settled in a timely manner, and I’m very happy with the settlement amount. I was stuck in an exhausting back and forth with an unprincipled insurance company, they put a lot of effort into a clear attempt to exhaust me into an unfair settlement. Someone recommend Hardwick and Pendergast to me and it was the BEST decision I made. I highly recommend to anyone reading this, don’t hesitate to let them take over and handle the hard stuff for you after an accident. Pendergast law

I was injured in a fall at a restaurant (not my fault )I went back to the restaurant several times and they ignored me so I hired Pendergast law they were wonderful they took a look at my case said yes and they were very attentive they called me all the time to let me know what was going on in the lawsuit and bent over backwards to help me If I had questions I called them and they were right there with the answers The law firm has a wonderful caring staff If you need a lawyer I would highly recommend Pentergast Law firm

Auto Accident 2020

Upfront and hard- working for a great outcome

After getting t-boned, I tried navigating the insurance world myself and found it to be stressful and overwhelming. My care provider referred me to this group and the pressure and stress instantly disappeared. They really went to bat for me, telling me just what to expect, outlining the time frame, and making sure that I was getting the care I needed. The periodic check-ins were great: not too many, but enough to make me feel like my case was moving forward. When things started wrapping up, they gave me all my options so that I could make an informed decision with how to proceed. I decided to settle and I was pleased with the outcome.
