Successful Personal Injury Claim

I was looking for representation regarding my personal injury claim, a demand letter, and monetary compensation when I contacted the respective law group. They provided me with everything I needed and I couldn't have been happier at the point in time I was awarded.

Car Accident

I had had never worked with a lawyer until I had the car accident that caused injury to my back. I called Bernard Law Group and my case was assigned to Tom Budinich. As I mentioned above, I did not know any lawyer before the accident. I am very grateful and glad Tom represented me. Tom Budinich is pr...ofessional, competent, and reliable. He has excellent listening skills. He took the time to listen and never interrupted what I wanted to say. Tom took the time to explain things to me in the language that I could understand. Tom is a gentle but tough in fighting to get the most for my settlement. In the beginning, the initial offer, the other side of car insurance company only wanted to pay me 1/3 of the final settlement. And on my car insurance on my side, Tom also asked them to pay for my wage loss—which I didn’t know it existed—during my disability leave due to the car accident. When Tom said you would call you to update anything, he would. I hope you would never be involved in a car accident, but if you or someone needs a lawyer to represent you, Tom Budinich is the lawyer you can count on.

I contacted Tom because I was hit by a driver with no insurance. He made sure my insurance company covered my medical bills. I was in the hospital 5 days n my car was totalled. He took care of me n made sure everything was paid. I even got money, which I was surprised and grateful for. I was very hap...py with Tom and the job he did. I would highly recommend him.

Car Accident

Tom represented me during a claim for a Car Accident! Him and his staff are wonderful! They were always polite, and always right on top of returning phone calls and keeping you updated! It was nice because Tom would speak with you personally if asked! He will definitely work in your favor and make su...re you get what you deserve for your injuries! Highly Recommended

I was assigned Tom Budinich from the Bernard Law Group to helped me help me after I was in a vehicle accident that totaled my car. I sustained several injuries that made it difficult to communicate with me at times. Tom was patient and kind and worked tirelessly to ensure that I received every dolla...r I had coming back to me from the insurance company.
