Car Accident

I had had never worked with a lawyer until I had the car accident that caused injury to my back. I called Bernard Law Group and my case was assigned to Tom Budinich. As I mentioned above, I did not know any lawyer before the accident. I am very grateful and glad Tom represented me. Tom Budinich is pr...ofessional, competent, and reliable. He has excellent listening skills. He took the time to listen and never interrupted what I wanted to say. Tom took the time to explain things to me in the language that I could understand. Tom is a gentle but tough in fighting to get the most for my settlement. In the beginning, the initial offer, the other side of car insurance company only wanted to pay me 1/3 of the final settlement. And on my car insurance on my side, Tom also asked them to pay for my wage loss—which I didn’t know it existed—during my disability leave due to the car accident. When Tom said you would call you to update anything, he would. I hope you would never be involved in a car accident, but if you or someone needs a lawyer to represent you, Tom Budinich is the lawyer you can count on.

Communicative, detail-oriented, and compassionate

I had a really good experience with Bernard Law Group. I worked with Tom Budinich (Attorney) and Aubrey Lopez (Paralegal)-they were a great team. Aubrey was quick to get back to be me in the beginning and followed up promptly if any documents were missing. I communicated with Tom more in the middle t...o the end of my lawsuit. My settlement took over a year to settle and that was totally fine because insurance companies are difficult to work with. Tom was very communicative. Even if there weren't any updates to give me, he gave me the occasional call to let me know what is going on and that was reassuring. Note to others going through a lawyer for the first time, they will tell you that things are going to be quiet for a while, so don't take it as they are ignoring you. If you tell them to keep you posted and let them know how many times you would like to call, I promise they will do it. Tom called me a few months ago letting me know the initial settlement, but I was not going to accept it. As bad as I felt for having Tom do more work, he was very enthusiastic about giving my case more time. As of yesterday, this whole thing was solved and I am VERY happy with my settlement. Thanks Tom, Aubrey and BLG for helping me through a very tough time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Car accident

Tom Budinich is an amazing attorney. Great customer service and professionalism. They explain everything in detail and made the process a better learning experience. They kept me informed throughout the process. If you need an attorney, these are your guys. I definitely recommend them 5 stars.

Excellent Lawyer
