Very helpful and insightful

I talked to several lawyers as I considered my options after I was wrongfully terminated, and Vera was by far and away the most responsive, insightful and informative. She gave me welcome advice plus helped me to consider things I had not previously considered when negotiating with my employer. Vera ...will always be my first call if I need an Employment Attorney and I highly recommend her.

Wrongful Termination Powerhouse

I turned to Vera Fomina when I was seeking an attorney to help me with an employment issue and I was so glad to have found such an exemplary lawyer. Vera has deep expertise in all employment issues and helped me with my very complex case that dealt with age discrimination; in the end we prevailed an...d I received a large settlement because of her efforts. Vera has a strong eye for detail, she remains calm at all times and was a great source of knowledge and strength to me as well and made the process very streamlined and straightforward. While she is well respected by other attorneys and mediators, she has also won a large majority of her cases, mainly because she is extremely thorough in her due diligence and outworks the opposing counsel. I believe Vera is one of the best attorneys in Seattle and I heartily recommend that if you are in a tough employment situation you give her a call.

I fully trusted Vera before I hired her.

It was about a year before I hired her that I did a little research and found her she was somewhat Close in proximity to my house and had good reviews. So I called her and she spent about an hour listening to me. Vera did not charge me a dime and gave me some advice, which was to hang in there see if... things got better and if they fire you, come back to me. Vera explained the process of what had to happen and it made total sense. I loved my job and was willing to stick out but the inevitable day came and for what I believe past retaliation by employer let me go. So about a year later they sent me a letter letting me know I had been let go and my job had been done away with and they offered me a small severance package after 17 years of complete dedicated service. I was completely humiliated over this offering and felt it was completely unfair. So I was again looking for some guidance, someone to help fight for me. I thought about Vera and put a phone call into her office. I also texted my daughters sister-in-law who just passed the bar awhile ago and out of law school just to see if she had any attorney she could refer. I then got a call back from Vera and again she talk to me for about 45 minutes listen to everything I had to say and asked me to come in and meet with her. On my way into her office I get a text back from my daughters sister-in-law with a referral. This is what is said. Hi Kim! I’m so sorry for the delay. I would recommend Vera Fomina. I’ve worked with her before and she’s super knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping people understand what their rights are. She is highly experienced in this area of law. I was blown away and texted her right back letting her know I was on my way to meet with her. I had a wonderful experience with Vera she was honest, sincere, always got back to me respecting my time. I am satisfied with my settlement and so happy to have it behind me. Vera was with me every step Of the way! Vera is strong, dedicated and hard working and it was a complete pleasure working with her!

It’s not easy to find a lawyer like Vera Fomina.

I consulted with many employment lawyers in Seattle area about my age discrimination complaint, but nobody made me feel as confident about the case as Vera. She always put my interest first, while other attorneys counted their money first. She made no promises, provided me with a few options/solution...s, and brought the case to the satisfactory conclusion. I think knowledge, work ethics, honesty and compassion make her a unique lawyer, and I would highly recommend her to anybody who has an issue at workplace.

Just Wonderful!

Vera Fomina is the most competent attorney I have had the pleasure to work with. My profession has historically required a close partnership with legal professionals and Vera by far demonstrates greater knowledge of the law, professionalism, and knows how to get to the point. I have been delighted ...with the outcome of this recent legal action and could not have worked with more competent and knowledgeable counsel to drive my legal matter to closure. Vera's knowledge of the law, her coaching, and counsel drove the best possible outcome.
