Biography
Erica Knauf Santos is a seasoned family law attorney and the founder of Knauf Santos Law, PLLC, a boutique firm in Seattle, Washington. Since launching her practice in 2006, Erica has grown her firm from a solo endeavor into a trusted team of attorneys and staff, offering personalized and effective legal services. Originally from western Pennsylvania, Erica pursued her education in the Pacific Northwest, earning dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Primate Behavior with a minor in Anthropology from Central Washington University, followed by her Juris Doctor from Seattle University.
Erica’s dedication extends beyond the courtroom. She has served on the board of Chimpanzee Sanctuary Northwest, directed Jane Goodall’s “Roots and Shoots” College Summit, and volunteered for Pasado’s Safe Haven, including rescuing pets displaced by Hurricane Katrina. Erica and her husband of over 20 years live in the Seattle area, where they raise their four children. In her downtime, she enjoys traveling to Disney properties, collecting Glassybaby candle holders, and relaxing with family movie nights. A fitness enthusiast, Erica begins most mornings on her Peloton, often accompanied by her favorite music. Her passion for family, community, and advocacy defines both her personal and professional life.
