Excellent team!

Erica and Caitlin represented me during the divorce proceedings with the domestic violence case. They are efficient, organized and know the law well. I highly recommend this firm!

KSL For the win!

I had a very challenging case in so many ways from start to finish. It was never a dull moment! Erica and her team of Caitlin and Dona absolutely saved me in so many ways. I was awarded 78% custody of my kids in the end, and a very fair financial settlement which is saying a lot in the State o...f WA. My case was a roller coaster that many would say only happens in nightmares, but the team was able to deliver a very prompt and professional approach to the case and also keep my mental state in check. I couldn’t be happier with how it all ended on a positive note, and cannot thank everyone at KSL that was apart of this journey with me. I’d highly recommended Erica to anyone out there to represent you with your case, she truly is one of the best. Thank you again!

Diligent and Trustworthy!

Look no further! Put her on retainer right away! I had a very complicated case, child custody, divorce, abuse, relocation out of state, child support, spousal support, and a very hard ex who dragged his feet every step of the way. Erica communicated to me via email, text, phone daily while in the thi...ck of court hearings, emergency motions and relocating. She is down to earth, yet professional, fights hard and doesn't take no for an answer. She even went so far as to give me a ride home from mediation and court a number of times. She is determined and tells it like it is. She is realistic in expectations yet keeps her eye on the end goal. She truly helped me relay my story to the court/judge and all ended well for the betterment of my children and my lives. I can not say enough good things about her and her firm. She's the best of the best!!

Difficult divorce

Erica is a true professional and a compassionate person; she helped me overcome great emotional distress and guided me through a very difficult divorce. I felt I was lucky to have her and her team in my corner because they offered me support and encouragement even when I was ready to give up. Erica... had my and my daughter's best interest at heart and fought for what she knew to be a fair settlement.

Lawyer? More like Wonder Woman.

Erica represented me during both my divorce and domestic violence protection order hearings. She and her staff never treated me like I was a means to the bottom line: they were empathetic human beings who understood what I was going through and made me feel supported. Erica and her team ferociously d...efended me and worked to protect me and my son. Erica is so experienced she always seemed to be one step ahead of the game, and she was able to accurately predict the outcome of different choices, which was extremely helpful in coming to some difficult conclusions. She was completely transparent with me the entire experience which reduced the number of surprises we had along the way, in turn reducing my anxiety. I can't imagine having done this with any other lawyer, and I'm so thankful to the entire Knauf Santos team for their consistency, reliability, and thoughtful care of my family.
