Erica handled my divorce but most importantly, the battle for full custody of my daughter. I was told by a few, including Erica, that it was very unlikely that I would get full custody, Nonetheless, she fought for it, for a full year and at the end, I did get the full custody with strict rules for t...he few supervised visits. Erica is not only a great advocate to have on your side but she makes sure that you stay realistic the whole time. Erica is not making sure she charge every penny she can, quite the opposite, I dont think she charges enough. She coached me before every court appearance and told me what a judge expect of me. You can tell right away that she takes her clients' best interest at heart. among many examples, she knew my daughter's name right away, my ex husband attorneys had to look it up in his paperwork, in court while referring to my daughter. I guess what I want to say is, as much as we want a tiger that will fight for us ( which Erica is) it is so important to have someone that understand the deep pain of divorce. I recommended her many times and will again and again.
