Unprofessional Response From Nick

Overall, Nick was great to work with throughout the case. I simply asked if he had received a response from the parties he was contacting regarding a tenant issue. Immediately after I asked, he responded by questioning the status of my bill. While I understand the importance of payment, I was trying ...to clarify whether the situation was fully resolved. Instead of offering a professional update, his reply came off as rude, telling me I needed to pay my bill immediately. I paid the bill, but I will not be working with him again. It felt unprofessional to shut down a client who was just seeking clarity, especially as this was my first experience dealing with a situation like this. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to him in the future.

Expert Guidance in a Tough Lease Dispute

Nick helped me navigate a very difficult lease situation, and I couldn’t have asked for better support. He was responsive, empathetic, and sincere throughout the process. His counsel was wise and measured. He never overpromised, yet consistently delivered exactly what was needed. Nick communicated... thoughtfully on my behalf, handled everything with calm professionalism, and brought clarity to a situation that had felt overwhelming. His leadership was exactly what I needed: steady, fair, and effective. I’m very grateful for his help and highly recommend him.

Nick Ranallo is a very competent and honest attorney

I hired Nick to help me fight a unjust eviction attempt of my mother's caregivers in a King County Housing Authority mobile home park. He was very responsive and was available for any questions or issues. His fees are very reasonable and he resolved my issue very quickly. I highly recommend Nick.

Professional and Transparent

I recently retained Nick as counsel to help navigate a Quiet Title Lawsuit. I was referred to him by the King County Bar Association and he reached out via e-mail first to schedule a call. After I replied with my availability, we had our first phone consultation which went very well. After listening ...to my side of the story and asking questions to clarify the situation, he expressed exactly how he could help and his fees up front. He was professional, polite and transparent which I truly appreciated. After retaining him, he started working on my case and gave updates in a timely manner. Whenever I had questions and reached out via e-mail, he always responded within a few hours. He was able to resolve the case for me in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend him to my friends and colleagues if they ever needed legal counsel for any landlord or tenant cases.

Rude, makes phone appointments and then doesn't answer

I was referred to him by the King County Bar Association for an eviction matter. I asked him 2 simple questions, he didn't answer them but asked to schedule a phone call for today at 1:30pm instead. I sent him an e-mail with all the details including a short version and a long version. The short vers...ion would be a 1-2 minute read. He emailed me he wasn't reading anything until I paid him $225 per hour. I called him at exactly our scheduled phone call time, he didn't answer the phone call. I would not recommend him to anyone.
