Overall, Nick was great to work with throughout the case. I simply asked if he had received a response from the parties he was contacting regarding a tenant issue. Immediately after I asked, he responded by questioning the status of my bill. While I understand the importance of payment, I was trying ...to clarify whether the situation was fully resolved. Instead of offering a professional update, his reply came off as rude, telling me I needed to pay my bill immediately. I paid the bill, but I will not be working with him again. It felt unprofessional to shut down a client who was just seeking clarity, especially as this was my first experience dealing with a situation like this. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to him in the future.

I engaged Nick for over a month with the clear objective of developing a strategic plan to leverage my equity position in a company to pursue a potential buyout, as permitted under my contractual rights. From the outset, I communicated my expectations for actionable legal guidance and strategic direc...tion. However, Nick repeatedly stated he would not take any legal action on my behalf, including sending formal communications, initiating arbitration (as outlined in my agreement), or proposing a clear course of action. Despite our agreement being structured as a consulting engagement intended to move matters forward, Nick failed to offer any substantive plan or actionable advice. Throughout the six weeks of our engagement, there was no meaningful progress—no steps were taken, and no strategies were proposed. It became apparent that his primary interest was in continuing the engagement solely for the purpose of billing, without delivering value or fulfilling the scope of the engagement. I would not recommend this attorney to others, particularly those seeking proactive legal support or strategic counsel.

I can't recommend Nick enough. He represented me efficiently and successfully, and he's given me great legal advice in another matter. He knows his case law and is damn good at what he does. He also has a real understanding of the technology involved. What impressed me most about working with... him is that he actually seemed genuine in wanting to help me (as opposed to just getting paid). In one situation, he almost went out of his way to avoid taking my money. In summary, he's good at his job AND he's a good dude. If you're in California and need a lawyer that does what Nick practices in, he should be your first stop. Simple as that.
