I recently retained Nick as counsel to help navigate a Quiet Title Lawsuit. I was referred to him by the King County Bar Association and he reached out via e-mail first to schedule a call. After I replied with my availability, we had our first phone consultation which went very well. I was referred to him by the King County Bar Association for an eviction matter. I asked him 2 simple questions, he didn't answer them but asked to schedule a phone call for today at 1:30pm instead. I sent him an e-mail with all the details including a short version and a long version. The short vers...ion would be a 1-2 minute read. He emailed me he wasn't reading anything until I paid him $225 per hour. I called him at exactly our scheduled phone call time, he didn't answer the phone call. I would not recommend him to anyone.
