Professional and TOUGH!

Robin and her associates are consummate professionals and easy to work with. We've been a client for close to 21 months with our case coming to a close. She has been both tough on our behalf and with us when necessary, consistently completely honest with us about both the positives and negatives of o...ur case. Robin has a quick legal mind and is able to breakdown the facts and the law so that we can easily understand them. She has been a very tough adversary for our opponents. Our case has been quite long and we've spent quite a bit on it but we absolutely believe that Robin is a good and mindful steward of our money. We trust her implicitly and further, we like her very much.

Court of appeals reversed the trial court's dismissal of the claim allowing the TItle VII claims to go to the jury. The matter was appealed by the church to the Washington State Supreme Court who also allowed the matter to go to the jury

The jury found in favor of the plaintiff. Jury's verdict was upheld on appeal
