I recently had the opportunity to work with Robin through my company. She is an absolute professional, extremely knowledgeable and above all trustworthy. She is tough when she needs to be but empathetic and understanding. I would highly recommend her.

I've worked in HR for over 30 years and I can say unequivocally that Robin is the best attorney I've worked with. She handled two discrimination cases for us. Unlike many attorneys, Robin is a straight talker, and gives advice and recommendations. She develops a strategy and is very savvy and tough...

I hired Robin Phillips to help me with a case involving significant unpaid overtime. As a staff member in an understaffed professional office, I was required to work many additional hours for which I was not paid. It was important that I be able to count on Robin to handle the majority of the issue...

My firm recently hired Robin Phillips for two reasons. We needed to terminate an inadequate employee and we also needed to revamp our business plan. She was wonderful to work with on both issues. She was able to give us excellent advise to protect ourselves from any issues in the termination. Further...

Robin represented me when I was laid off from my employer with no notice. I had concerns regarding my severance package, the legality of my ex-employers actions, just to name a few. First of all, Robin listens to her clients. Before we first met to review my situation, I was nervous, worried, and mo...
"Robin is a talented advocate and highly skilled attorney. She has an uncanny ability to see the real value in a case long before her opponents and then smartly and tenaciously pursue that end long after most other attorneys would resign to a less favorable outcome. She has a long line of repeated success attesting to this ability. Having worked with Robin on a number of matters, I know firsthand how fortunate her clients are to have her type of unflinching and well-reasoned advocacy and strongly endorse Robin."
"Robin and I have been opposing counsel and we have also worked for the same client. She is a very smart and tenacious advocate, committed to achieving the best possible results for the individuals and businesses she represents."
