Dedicated Attorney

Blake oversaw the final stages of my divorce settlement, pertaining to property settlement and child support. The issues were beyond complicated and as with many family law cases, emotions ran high. Blake steered the course with tremendous expertise and a brilliance for retaining truck loads of fac...ts and figures. Excellent Representation, Trusted Counsel, Extremely Knowledgeable

Mr. Hilty is a professional in every sense of the word. From the first consult, I knew I was making the right decision hiring him and his team. He was brilliant throughout the entire process, and presented my side with the utmost dignity. Even when it seemed unlikely that my case would settle, he ...instrumentally moved it towards a favorable outcome. His sound advice and guidance was more than appreciated during a difficult time. He always had my best interest at the forefront in all aspects of the case, including financially--never doing more than needed and always spending my money wisely. Excellent family law attorney. Highly recommended.

I am incredibly thankful that Blake Hilty was my family law attorney for my case. He took the time to get to know me and formulated a plan to help me and my children. He provided sound guidance that helped calm my fears every step of the way. He treats you with compassion and understands the strain t...hat divorce and custody cases has on you. I found that he and his staff at Socius Law Group were always responsive. Blake has a straightforward way of explaining complicated topics that helps you make huge decisions. He can tell if there was something he said that you might not have comprehended fully and won’t proceed until you understand. Blake will give you the range of outcomes before going to court and give you his expectation to help you mentally prepare for the result. I found that Blake was incredibly prepared, made excellent arguments and knew every detail of the case during court hearings. Blake selected the perfect mediator for my case whose style allowed us to come to an agreement that was beneficial to all involved thus avoiding the expensive costs of a trial. I would recommend to anyone looking for a family law attorney to get in touch with Blake Hilty.

Good job

I hired Blake for my divorce and I'm glad I did. He was professional and cared about the issues I was facing in this tough process. He worked hard to do his best fighting for the topics I felt were important to me and I appreciate that. He was great to work with.

Blake Hilty is a highly desirable family law attorney

I am very lucky to have found Blake Hilty from McKinley Irvin. He is very professional but what impressed me the most was his ability to quickly recognize the issues and work to find constructive and practical solution to solve them. He worked very hard to get me the desired and reasonable outcome as... permitted under the law without generating unnecessary legal fees. I could trust Blake for his good advice. He keeps up to date with changes in family law and studies the case in depth and most importantly uses the LEGAL LEVERAGE to build the case rather than using false accusations or raising petty issues to win a case. I would recommend him because he is honest, diligent and very sharp in his work. This is what you need to get protection or justice or win a case because Judges are very intelligent and they can decipher easily between the truth and lies. I was very happy with the outcome which was fair and reasonable and also felt that he wanted to save attorney fees for me all the time.
