Dedicated Attorney

Blake oversaw the final stages of my divorce settlement, pertaining to property settlement and child support. The issues were beyond complicated and as with many family law cases, emotions ran high. Blake steered the course with tremendous expertise and a brilliance for retaining truck loads of fac...ts and figures. Due to Blake's tenacity, dedication and leadership of his team, the outcome was more remarkably positive than I could have ever imagined.

Excellent Representation, Trusted Counsel, Extremely Knowledgeable

Mr. Hilty is a professional in every sense of the word. From the first consult, I knew I was making the right decision hiring him and his team. He was brilliant throughout the entire process, and presented my side with the utmost dignity. Even when it seemed unlikely that my case would settle, he ...instrumentally moved it towards a favorable outcome. His sound advice and guidance was more than appreciated during a difficult time. He always had my best interest at the forefront in all aspects of the case, including financially--never doing more than needed and always spending my money wisely. I am eternally grateful for his help and absolutely recommend Mr. Hilty without reservation.

Very detail-oriented, patient, and responsive

I was referred to Blake by a coworker for a family law matter. Blake is very patient and very thorough when answering my questions and explaining the details of my case. I am the kind of person that wants to understand all the specifics and he is great at accommodating that. The parties in my case ca...me into things civil and cooperative and Blake was great at matching that tone and helping keep things that way. He and his staff are also very responsive, and that is very helpful when things get a little stressful. Blake is an excellent attorney and I highly recommend him.

Thorough, Thoughtful, and Trustworthy

Blake approaches family law as anyone should, in my opinion. It's about the law, not the overwhelming amount of tactician strategies that other firms employ to intimidate. I'm sure that he can play that game, but as my desire was to wrap things fairly while not giving anything up, that wasn't the roa...d that we traveled. He was a great partner through the entire process, I felt included, always respected, and fully supported in moments of weakness... or ego. I'd hands down recommend Blake to anyone in this less than ideal situation, particularly for anyone who is looking to exit their marriage with dignity and grace.
