Excellent family law attorney. Highly recommended.

I am incredibly thankful that Blake Hilty was my family law attorney for my case. He took the time to get to know me and formulated a plan to help me and my children. He provided sound guidance that helped calm my fears every step of the way. He treats you with compassion and understands the strain t...hat divorce and custody cases has on you. I found that he and his staff at Socius Law Group were always responsive. Blake has a straightforward way of explaining complicated topics that helps you make huge decisions. He can tell if there was something he said that you might not have comprehended fully and won’t proceed until you understand. Blake will give you the range of outcomes before going to court and give you his expectation to help you mentally prepare for the result. I found that Blake was incredibly prepared, made excellent arguments and knew every detail of the case during court hearings. Blake selected the perfect mediator for my case whose style allowed us to come to an agreement that was beneficial to all involved thus avoiding the expensive costs of a trial. I would recommend to anyone looking for a family law attorney to get in touch with Blake Hilty.

Good job

I hired Blake for my divorce and I'm glad I did. He was professional and cared about the issues I was facing in this tough process. He worked hard to do his best fighting for the topics I felt were important to me and I appreciate that. He was great to work with.

Blake Hilty is a highly competent and knowledgeable family law attorney in the PNW. His grace, patience, and ability to foresee situations by using his high level of understanding of the law, make him a fine choice for legal representation in any divorce or family law dispute. Responsive, empatheti...c and trustworthy, you will be in the best hands working with Blake Hilty. I would recommend him again and again in any family law scenario. Mr. Hilty knew that my list of goals were to finish in a timely manner (under 6 months), and to receive the best possible settlement. I appreciated his thoughtfulness in planning out scenarios that would help me down the road financially instead of just working with the facts. His creativity and willingness to create a formula that would benefit me and my children in the future was very much appreciated and in the end, he provided me with the best solution and settlement. He's a terrific attorney, a compassionate friend and provides a shoulder if necessary - three traits a good family lawyer must have when dealing with a highly emotional situation. He is top notch in every way.

So thankful for Blake at McKinley Irvin

Blake helped me win a summary judgement that was brought forth in the midst of an ongoing custody dispute with my child's father. The motion for this summary judgement was unexpected, very poorly done by the opposing counsel, and I had no choice but to spend that last of my legal funds in preparing ...my response to the motion. Blake volunteered to work with me in finalizing my response and he represented me at the hearing pro bono. Not only did we win but I was also awarded full attorney's fees. Blake's generosity and professionalism put some humanity back into this very difficult legal process for me. Blake was clear and concise in the court room, he was firm and clearly has a strong confidence in the court room. He showed great compassion towards me and the situation I was in and I really appreciated that. He was fast in his communication and responses to me and I was always kept informed of what the next steps were. I am so grateful and satisfied with my experience with Blake and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an effective and compassionate lawyer.

Great Attorney!

I was referred by a friend to check out McKinley-Irvin after being disappointed in a couple of other initial meetings I had w/other attorneys/firms. I didn't feel they had my best interest in mind. You will not be disappointed if you choose McKinley-Irvin & Blake Hilty. Blake is professional, tho...ughtful, patient and knowledgeable. He always worked around my hectic schedule and I really appreciated his flexibility to accommodate me. I would highly recommend him.
