Trust is Important

Unfortunately, I have been involved in a 5 year divorce and Blake was my 4th Attorney. I can unequivocally say that he was the best that represented me. Trust is important and you only have to meet Blake to know that he is trustworthy as well as professional. Clients will not go wrong with Blake a...t your side!

great choice for my goals

I hired Blake in an advisory capacity and he was excellent. He asked a lot of good questions, wanted to understand my goals, and was completely supportive of my objectives. He always coached me on how best to diffuse any tension with my ex-wife and her attorney and genuinely seemed to want me to st...ay out of court. If I wind up needing additional help dealing with my ex-wife I will definitely go back to Blake. He's a high integrity professional.

Blake Hilty and Family Law Review

Blake Hilty helped me with my divorce case. It was a long case with several complications, including inability to see my child. Blake was very responsive, returning emails very quickly and letting me know when he was in court or not available. He provided a strategy and was helpful in defining goals ...and sticking to them. He was responsive and in-line with my desire to not be aggressive or confrontational but to stick to the main goals of seeking a fair settlement and an equitable parenting plan, which we were able to achieve. There were times when I didn't think this would be the outcome. He was able to explain the way the law works and used examples that were easy to understand. He also would provide different scenarios. His knowledge of the case was excellent, recalling things pretty much on the spot. I highly recommend Blake Hilty and his work.

So thankful for Blake at McKinley Irvin

Blake helped me win a summary judgement that was brought forth in the midst of an ongoing custody dispute with my child's father. The motion for this summary judgement was unexpected, very poorly done by the opposing counsel, and I had no choice but to spend that last of my legal funds in preparing ...my response to the motion. Blake volunteered to work with me in finalizing my response and he represented me at the hearing pro bono. Not only did we win but I was also awarded full attorney's fees. Blake's generosity and professionalism put some humanity back into this very difficult legal process for me. Blake was clear and concise in the court room, he was firm and clearly has a strong confidence in the court room. He showed great compassion towards me and the situation I was in and I really appreciated that. He was fast in his communication and responses to me and I was always kept informed of what the next steps were. I am so grateful and satisfied with my experience with Blake and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an effective and compassionate lawyer.

Blake Hilty Excellent Family Lawyer

Blake Hilty was my attorney for my divorce. This was my first and only divorce and It was a difficult process for me. I had little experience with the legal system. Mr.Hilty was very knowledgeable about family law and was able to guide me through the process. I felt he always "had my back". What I l...earned was that the reasons for the divorce and my marital problems had little or nothing to do with the law. He gave me invaluable legal advice and provided a listening ear when I needed to talk or share my concerns. The opposing lawyer may have been well qualified, but was unnecessarily mean-spirited. Mr. Blake was always professional, well-prepared and considerate of both sides. Blake was always available to me in a timely manner. He or his support staff were responsive to my communications and provided me with accurate and detailed accounts of my charges. I felt he understood my financial situation and did his best to keep our agreed upon budget. Perhaps more importantly, he is a proud dog owner, as am I.
